Our History: We have been a resource for families, caregivers, home care agencies, assisted living facilities, and other eldercare products and services since 2005. We have helped thousands of families and caregivers find each other.

Kathleen Webber Eldercare Expert Kathleen has more than 10 years experience in eldercare, helping families with problems and tough decision they face as their loved ones grow older. She specializes in care strategies that help families balance the emotional and financial considerations of care. Prior to that, she worked in Operations Management for more than 20 years. She received her Bachelors in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Finance from San Diego State University.
Cynthia Karel Director of Media Sales Cynthia has spent over 15 years in media sales and management, having launched 4 magazines from the ground up. She specializes in media and advertising account management, with expertise is finding responsive audiences to fuel business growth. She received her Bachelors in Education with a minor in Business from Boston University.
Gretchen Pitt Senior Manager of Care Services Gretchen has been involved in caregiving and caregiving management for the past 10 years. Before this, she worked as a registered nurse and hospital administrator for 30 years, in such positions as Director of Perioperative Services, Operating Room Manager, and Business/Project Manager. Gretchen holds a M.S. in Administrative Services, a B.S. in Nursing, a B.S. in Health Service Administration, and a Diploma of Nursing. In her role as the Senior Manager of Care Services, Gretchen drives content for the site, including her upcoming blog and articles to help families and caregivers new to home health. Using the expertise acquired throughout her extensive career, Gretchen also personally manages more complex cases for our customers.
Lisa Uribe Customer Care Representative Lisa is responsible for answering customer questions about finding caregivers and caregiver jobs. She also reviews all submitted ads for quality and relevance to our subscribers. Prior to her current role, Lisa worked for Sedona Staffing matching clients with qualified job candidates. She also worked for AT&T Hawaii in customer service for their Hospitality Channel.
Anthony Tumbiolo User Experience/Analytics Intern Anthony is currently attending the New York University Stern School of Business, where he is double-majoring in Finance and Marketing, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. In his role as User Experience/Analytics Intern, Anthony is responsible for deeply understanding customers needs and preferences through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
